So today I'm talking about Prenzlauerberg, the most artsy and bohemian area in Berlin.
When I visited the city I stayed at a campus in Prenzlauerberg and I honestly think that it couldn't have been better located. It is just 10 minutes by underground from Alexanderplatz, the main square in town, and it's got plenty of places to see and things to do.
Prenzlauerberg is famous for its bars, pubs and cafes. It's a popular area for nightlife, but it's interesting by day as well. It's full of vintage shops where you can find from secondhand records and books, to clothes and accessories from the past decades.
It is a place where young artists meet and work, full of life and history.
There's a huge park where bohemians play music by night and young people meet to party, that's Mauerpark. It is called like that because inside it we c
an find a piece of the famous Berlin Wall, all decorated with graffiti and paintings. If you visit Berlin, don't miss it!
